Now John Kerry’s State Dept. May Stonewall on Congressional Benghazi Subpoena

It looks like the Obama administration has gotten to John Kerry, and it seems that Kerry will inevitably be dragged by the ear into helping the Obama administration cover up their inept mishandling and outright lies surrounding the Benghazi Terrorist Attack.

We thought that John Kerry would be one of the only stand-up Democrats that would not feel the overwhelming need to coverup other Democrat’s mistakes, and actually comply with the congressional subpoena.

We certainly hope John Kerry does the right thing, and fully cooperates with the congressional investigation into the Obama administration’s inept mishandling of the Benghazi Terrorist Attack and subsequent coverup by corrupt members of this administration.

DO THE RIGHT THINK JOHN KERRY!

Spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters Wednesday that the State Department has not decided if it will comply with a congressional subpoena demanding documents related to the crafting of Benghazi talking points for Susan Rice.

Congressman Darrell Issa (R-CA) sent a five-page letter on Tuesday explaining why he as chair of the Oversight Committee issued

Obama’s Handpicked Product Safety Commission Tries Destroying Company by Banning Buckeyballs Products

Obama’s handpicked Consumer Product Safety Commission agency is trying to put a company out of business that sells toys for adults.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission attack on the manufacturer of Buckyballs is the first such attempt to stop sales by the agency in 11 years – and say that the toy is a danger to kids because a few kids have swallowed some of the magnetic metal balls that are part of the toy, which is designed for adults, and has extensive warnings on the packaging.

I think many more kids swallow coins than swallow Buckyballs, so will Obama’s Consumer Product Safety Commission agency try and ban coins as well?
With Obama’s active job killing policies, we wouldn’t be surprised.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission thinks they are so dangerous that the agency did something a few days ago that it hasn’t done in 11 years. It sued the maker of the adult toy, Buckyballs, to have them removed from the market.

This morning Craig Zucker, the

Self Preservation: Obama Claims Executive Privilege Over Fast & Furious Documents

There is no end to the corruption displayed by the Obama administration and his cronies.

In a problematic and troubling move by the Obama administration, after a year and at the last minute, Obama has claimed executive privilege over the Fast & Furious documents that Congress had demanded from Eric Holder and the Justice Department.

Rep. Darrell Issa said Wednesday that they will press ahead with contempt of Congress vote against Attorney General Eric Holder, despite the idiotic move by Obama to make the documents off-limits.

“How can the President assert executive privilege if there was no White House involvement? How can the President exert executive privilege over documents he’s supposedly never seen? Is something very big being hidden to go to this extreme?” – Sen. Chuck Grassley

Eric Holder Belongs In Prison, not in the position of US Attorney General!

Obama Admin Planned Additional $469 Million for Solyndra As Financial Troubles Worsened

Now we are learning that, even as Solyndra’s financial situation grew worse and worse, the Obama administration still planned on approving an additional $469 million loan to the now bankrupt solar panel manufacturer, which would have increased the total loss to the American People to over $1 billion.

Obama Admin Planned Additional $469 Million for Solyndra As Financial Troubles Worsened

We would think that Obama administration has their head stuck up their butts, but were pretty sure that the Obama administration knew exactly what they were doing when they gave the $ billions in loans to a failing company, which was run by Obama friends and supporters.

In reality, it’s becoming more clear that Obama really just gave a half billion dollars of our money to his friends and supporters, as a “Thank You” for their support of Obama.

The Obama administration’s Department of Energy was poised last summer to give Solyndra a second major taxpayer loan of $469 million, even as the company’s financial situation was growing more dire.

The Energy Department was actively pushing to provide the second

Issa: Obama Admin Intimidating Witnesses In ATF “Fast and Furious” Gun Probe

What is the Obama administration trying to cover-up?

Why are they trying to get people to not testify in the ATF “Fast and Furious” gun probe? Could it be that if these witnesses testify, that they will implicate the Obama administration and ATF in being complicit in the “Fast and Furious” weapon fiasco?

We think this is most likely the case.

The Obama administration sought to intimidate witnesses into not testifying to Congress on Tuesday about whether ATF knowingly allowed weapons, including assault rifles, to be “walked” into Mexico, the chairman of a House committee investigating the program said in an interview Monday.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell E. Issa, California Republican, said at least two scheduled witnesses expected to be asked about a controversial weapons investigation known as “Fast and Furious” received warning letters from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to limit their testimony.

Mr. Issa’s committee is set to hear testimony from six current or former ATF employees, including agents and attaches assigned to the bureau’s offices in Mexico, about the operation
