Issa To File Civil Contempt Suit Against Eric Holder Over “Fast and Furious” Cover-Up

Darrell Issa and the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee are doing everything possible to try and break through the corruption and stonewalling by “Fast & Furious” cover-up in chief, Attorney General Eric Holder. Eric Holder has the power of the government to stay above the law, and out of harms way for his obvious attempts to cover-up the details of the “Fast and Furious” gun-running scandal.

Due to the stonewalling and coverup by Eric Holder, Issa’s only next step is filing a civil contempt suit against Holder for his refusal to provide the documents that Congress required of him.

It is shameful and wrong that Eric Holder will not provide the documents needed to get to the bottom of the “Fast and Furious” gun-running scandal and even more shameful and wrong that Obama helped with the coverup by falsely claiming executive privilege over the documents on the very last day before the contempt vote, and after not claiming the privilege for during the first two …

Obama’s Partisan & Corrupt Justice Dept Further Obstructs Justice – Vows to Shield Holder From Prosecution

Obama’s Justice Department continues to obstruct justice as they have now vowed to not prosecute Eric Holder, after a bipartisan vote to hold Holder in Contempt of Congress for stonewalling on the Fast and Furious investigation.

There is so much corruption in the Obama White House that they all have to scratch each others backs, or the entire Democrat ship would go down in a ball of flames. Obama cannot allow Eric Holder to be prosecuted, or Holder might let all of Obama’s dirty secrets out of the bag, and Obama cannot have that!

We need to remove the entire bunch of criminals, and replace them with Tea Party Patriots, who will steer our nation out of the serious problems that the Obama administration has gotten us into.

The Justice Department moved Friday to shield Attorney General Eric Holder from prosecution after the House voted to hold him in contempt of Congress.

The contempt vote technically opened the door for the House to call

Racist Black Caucus Members Plan Walk-Out at Holder Contempt Vote

Racist Black Caucus members plan to further obstruct the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee’s investigation of the failed Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal and subsequent coverup.

Democrats have tried to make different assertions, to see which one sticks, but all of their excuses are just more lies from the most corrupt administration in US history who claimed executive privilege to try and obstruct justice and keep documents hidden that should be part of the investigation.

Assertion 1: Democrats want people to believe that the investigation of holder is just an “election year tactic” by Republicans to try and hurt Obama in the upcoming landslide.. I mean election.
* The truth is that the investigation of Fast and Furious, and the subpoena for documents, which Holder has been obstructing, are a year and a half old. If Eric Holder would have cooperated a year and a half ago, and produced the documents that they asked for, the investigation would have been long over by now.

Assertion 2: Wack-job Nancy “Stretch” Pelosi came out of nowhere and said that the contempt …

What Was Obama’s Role in Fast and Furious Scandal and Coverup?

Now that Obama has hastily thrown his executive privilege cloak around his Attorney General Eric Holder, at the 11th hour of the year-long Fast and Furious investigation, new and important questions arise regarding Obama’s involvement and/or knowledge about the government gun running scandal, which has claimed hundreds of lives, including a US Border Agent.

MSNBC Viewers Get Short End of Stick on Non-Coverage of Fast and Furious Scandal & Coverup

USBACKLASH feels that it is unbelievable that a “news” organization, such as MSNBC would keep their viewers completely in the dark about huge stories, such as the Obama-Holder Fast and Furious Scandal and Coverup, for over a year, purely for political reasons.

The sham reporters at MSNBC thought that they would be able to get away with not telling their viewers about the deadly scandal perpetrated on the American People by the Obama administration and the Eric Holder Justice Department, but they did not know that Holder would be found to be in contempt of congress, at which point they have to say at least something.

So now MSNBC has mentioned the ever-growing Fast and Furious scandal and coverup twice in the year since the news broke on respectable news stations, and MSNBC has to play catch up with their viewers.

Maybe it will go something like this.

“Oh, by the way… Over the last year, there has been some important investigation into illegal gun running that let thousands of guns and high powered automatic weapons fall into the hands

Holder Contempt of Congress Resolution Approved – Despite Obama’s False Claim of Executive Privilege

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has approved the Contempt of Congress resolution against Attorney General Eric Holder, despite Obama’s false claim of executive privilege, which was hastily asserted by the corrupt Obama administration just minutes before the vote.

Democrats tried offering more stalling tactics to help stall and coverup the crimes committed by the Obama administration, Eric Holder, and the Justice Department.

A House panel voted Wednesday to place Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for his failure to comply with a subpoena, defying an assertion of executive privilege from President Obama.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, led by Republican Chairman Darrell Issa (Calif.), approved a resolution along party lines to place Holder in contempt after battling him for months over access to internal agency documents about the gun-tracking operation Fast and Furious.

The vote came shortly after Obama escalated the conflict by sending a letter to the committee claiming executive privilege over the documents that the panel had sought.

Self Preservation: Obama Claims Executive Privilege Over Fast & Furious Documents

There is no end to the corruption displayed by the Obama administration and his cronies.

In a problematic and troubling move by the Obama administration, after a year and at the last minute, Obama has claimed executive privilege over the Fast & Furious documents that Congress had demanded from Eric Holder and the Justice Department.

Rep. Darrell Issa said Wednesday that they will press ahead with contempt of Congress vote against Attorney General Eric Holder, despite the idiotic move by Obama to make the documents off-limits.

“How can the President assert executive privilege if there was no White House involvement? How can the President exert executive privilege over documents he’s supposedly never seen? Is something very big being hidden to go to this extreme?” – Sen. Chuck Grassley

Beginning of the End for Holder: AG Eric Holder Contempt of Congress Vote Coming Next Week

It’s about time that the Republicans hold Obama’s corrupt obstructionist Attorney General Eric Holder accountable for his contempt of Congress!

We feel that the Contempt of Congress vote coming next week against Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, will mark the beginning of the end of Holder’s time as Attorney General. The United States should celebrate when the most corrupt racist partisan obstructionist Attorney General in our nation’s history is in our rear view mirror!

CBS News has learned the House Oversight Committee will vote next week on whether to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress. It’s the fourth time in 30 years that Congress has launched a contempt action against an executive branch member.

This time, the dispute stems from Holder failing to turn over documents subpoenaed on October 12, 2011 in the Fast and Furious “gunwalking” investigation.

The Justice Department has maintained it has cooperated fully with the congressional investigation, turning over tens of thousands of documents and having Holder testify to Congress on the topic at least eight times.

However, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., says
