Shohei Ohtani betting scandal appears to get worse as Ohtani is now being accused of throwing games, and Major League Baseball (MLB) will do nothing about it except feverishly sweep it under the rug to protect their biggest star and themselves. In fact the MLB said they aren’t investigating the scandal.
Not only betting on his own games, but also throwing games to support those bets? WOW!!!!!!!!
Go to the MLB website and you will not see even one story about the Ohtani gambling scandal on the homepage because the MLB doesn’t want anyone to know about the scandal surrounding the league and their most famous player.
It looks like Shohei Ohtani’s interpreter is the fall guy, taking all of the blame for what appears to be the worst scandal in sports history, involving the MLB’s biggest star, and things are only getting worse!
They want us to believe that Ohtani’s bank account was drained month after month for $500,000.00 (the maximum amount allowed to be withdrawn from his account) and they weren’t alerted? BULLSHIT!!! I get a notification from my bank if I write a check for a few hundred dollars, and I would never give anyone access to my account where I have a few thousand dollars, NOT MILLIONS LIKE WHAT WAS IN OHTANI’S ACCOUNT, so their story is 100% unbelievable to me and most people.
I would think the bank would want to refute the story because, if someone could actually access someone else’s account to steal $ millions, it looks very bad for them! I don’t think that actually happened though because banks have safeguards that would have prevented it, or AT LEAST stopped it after the 1st money transfer.
I don’t believe their story for 1 second! It looks like Shohei Ohtani has a gambling problem and most likely DID bet on baseball, including games in which Ohtani was playing, but unfortunately the people involved in the so-called “investigation” cannot be trusted to expose the truth.
OHTANI SHOULD NOT TAKE ONE MORE SWING FOR THE DODGERS UNTIL THIS SCANDAL HAS BEEN UNRAVLED! The MLB needs to IMMEDIATELY ban Shohei Ohtani from the league, OR IMMEDIATELY induct Pete Rose into the Hall of Fame!
