Hillary Donor Receives 2 Year Prison Sentence for Illegally Funneling Money to Clinton Campaign

Corruption in the Democrat party is running rampant, as the second Democrat fundraiser in the last couple weeks has been found guilty of violating campaign finance laws.

The first donor this week to be convicted was Democrat Lobbyist Harvey Whittemore was convicted of making $150,000 in illegal campaign contributions to Harry Reid.

Now we learn about William Danielczyk, who has now been convicted of violating campaign-finance laws by reimbursing employees of his company, after the employees made contributions to Hillary Clinton’s political campaign.

A northern Virginia businessman was sentenced Friday to more than two years in prison for illegally funneling nearly $200,000 to Hillary Clinton’s political campaigns in 2006 and 2008.

William Danielczyk, 51, of Oakton pleaded guilty in February to violating campaign-finance laws by reimbursing employees of his company, Galen Capital, and others who were recruited to attend fundraisers and make contributions Clinton’s Senate and presidential campaigns.

There are no allegations Clinton or her campaign acted improperly.

The sentence of 28 months was roughly half of the five-year maximum sought by prosecutors in U.S. District Court. Danielczyk’s lawyers, meanwhile,

That loud WHOOSH you are hearing is the huge number of people, us included, who are currently closing their Google accounts, as corrupt U.S. District Judge Susan Illston has ruled that Google must comply with Obama’s illegal and unconstitutional warrantless searches, by providing user information when requested.

Google thinks that with all of their money, they are safe from backlash over allowing the illegal searches of Google user data by the Obama administration, but we think that this laughable Google privacy and abuse of it’s users could easily and severely damage Google, and at the same time strengthen Google competitors, like Yahoo and Bung.

The executives of Google are Obama supporters, and that makes us think that Google had always planned on handing over personal user information, including access to gmail accounts, to anyone that the Obama administration wished to illegally target.

It’s unbelievable that U.S. District Judge William Griesbach has ruled that it is OK for Drug Enforcement Administration agents to enter a person’s private property, without a warrant, and without the owner’s permission, in order to install and monitor hidden surveillance cameras.

So now we all must sit back and wonder if we even have a Fourth Amendment anymore, since the ruling by U.S. District Judge William Griesbach has all but made unreasonable searches by law enforcement officers perfectly legal.

When you go home tonight, is someone watching you? Did the DEA break into your house while you were at work and install hidden surveillance equipment, without your knowledge and without first obtaining a warrant? After Judge William Griesbach’s ruling, it is completely possible that someone is inside your home at this very second, installing equipment to allow the DEA to spy on you.

The Corrupt District Judge, Leslie Dutchcot, who let suspected child rapist Jerry Sandusky out of jail on bond, without any type of supervision, or monitoring, is also a volunteer for Sandusky’s group, The Second Mile. Imagine that.. No wonder why the dangerous suspected child rapist, who is accused of raping young boys as young as 7 years old, was released from jail on such a low bond, and no supervision.

Federal Judge Upholds Majority of New Alabama Immigration Law

A Birmingham federal judge delt a damaging blow to the Obama administration and it’s Department of Justice today, as the federal judge upheld most of the new, tough, Alabama immigration law, which the Obama administration has filed a lawsuit to stop.

What kind of “president” would sue a state for wanting to enforce our nation’s laws, and stop illegal immigrants from entering our country, when Obama and the federal government would do nothing, other than make speeches, attack conservatives, and file lawsuits against anyone wanting to enforce the law. A Birmingham federal judge today upheld most sections of Alabama’s tough new immigration law. U.S. District Judge Sharon Lovelace Blackburn ruled on a U.S. Department of Justice lawsuit seeking to block the law.

Blackburn upheld a provision of the state law related to police stops and detentions of people suspected of being in the country illegally.

Obama’s Least Transparent Admin in History Can’t Continue Ignoring FOIA Requests

The least transparent administration in U.S. History, the Obama administration, cannot continue to just ignore the Freedom of Information requests they receive any longer, due to a new ruling by a U.S. District Judge who ruled that the White House visitor logs are not immune to Freedom on Information requests.

“The proper course of action by the Secret Service is duly to process [Judicial Watch’s] FOIA request, disclose all segregable, nonexempt records, and then assert specific FOIA exemptions for all records it seeks to withhold,”

The corrupt Obama administration lied through their teeth when they claimed that their administration would be “the most open and transparent ever”, when in fact they are the most corrupt, least transparent, most secretive administration in U.S. History.
