Democrats are running scared about their chances in the next election, and they are getting help from Obama’s corrupt EPA.

EPA spokeswoman Liz Purchia says “We process all incoming FOIA requests with the same consideration regardless of affiliation” but that just isn’t the case. Republicans cannot get any FOIA requests fulfilled, while most Democrat requests are completed in a timely manner.

“Republican political committees have filed just four (FOIA) requests since 2012, and none of those has been fulfilled. One request has languished for more than two years” yet twenty-eight of the Democrats’ 50+ requests have already been completed.

I cannot wait until conservatives take control of our government, and we can say goodbye to all of the corruption and crime that we see flowing out of the Democrat Party and the Obama administration on a daily basis.

Republican Lawmakers are looking to pull the funding for a left-wing LGBTQ hate group, disguised as an anti-bullying conference, which they say actually bullies Christians and conservatives.

The Iowa Governors Conference on LGBTQ Youth is supposed to be an anti-bullying program for diversity held at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC), when in reality it is just another left-wing hate grout, which there are so many of that constantly attack Christians and conservatives, and anyone else who can’t see their point of view.

The United States District Court says that corrupt Obama administration appointees were responsible for the dismissal of the charges relating to Voter Intimidation that took place on Election Day 2008, where two New Black Panther Party members were filmed outside a polling place intimidating voters with weapons, we know for sure now thanks to emails obtained by Judicial Watch.

Official government investigations are showing that Obama administration Treasury Department officials have been caught misusing government resources, soliciting prostitutes, breaking conflict-of-interest rules, and accepting gifts from corporate executives.

In 2010, an OTC employee “misused” government resources to solicit prostitutes on three separate occasions via Craigslist. While working at the OTC, investigators said the government staffer “viewed websites offering erotic services on a weekly basis as well as communicating with and arranging meetings with women offering erotic services.”

The OIG concluded that the OTC worker had violated government rules on “notoriously disgraceful conduct.” The case was referred for criminal prosecution to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District for Columbia, which opted not to prosecute “absent aggravating circumstances such as underage prostitutes or human trafficking.” The employee, who was not a political appointee, subsequently retired from the government, according to the documents.

The Justice Department filed a formal notice of appeal Friday afternoon regarding U.S. District Court Judge Beryl Howell’s August ruling rejecting arguments that the so-called WAVES records belong to the White House even though they are maintained and used by the Secret Service.

The least transparent administration in U.S. History, the Obama administration, cannot continue to just ignore the Freedom of Information requests they receive any longer, due to a new ruling by a U.S. District Judge who ruled that the White House visitor logs are not immune to Freedom on Information requests.

“The proper course of action by the Secret Service is duly to process [Judicial Watch’s] FOIA request, disclose all segregable, nonexempt records, and then assert specific FOIA exemptions for all records it seeks to withhold,”
