Criminal Obama Asserts False Executive Privilege Again – This Time Over Emails Between Mega Criminal Eric Holder & Wife

Obama, the first criminal to be president of the United States, is protecting the worst criminal to ever hold the office of Attorney General, Eric Holder, from going to prison for a long time by asserting executive privilege over emails sent between Eric Holder and his wife, who is not a government employee.

It’s funny how Eric Holder keeps Obama out of prison, and Obama keeps Eric Holder out of prison. Neither of the criminals will ever turn on the other criminal, lest they would be signing their own arrest warrant.

The American People need to stand up to the criminals Obama and Holder, and stop their crimes and abuses of power. Don’t allow Obama and Eric Holder to continue committing crimes and getting away with it!

There needs to be a new investigation into Eric Holder and his wife to see how much of her husband’s Fast & Furious gun-running scheme she has knowledge about.

The most corrupt administration in US history (The Obama Administration) strikes again!

The United States District Court says that corrupt Obama administration appointees were responsible for the dismissal of the charges relating to Voter Intimidation that took place on Election Day 2008, where two New Black Panther Party members were filmed outside a polling place intimidating voters with weapons, we know for sure now thanks to emails obtained by Judicial Watch.

The only reason why it was appointees is so that Obama could claim to have clean hands in the matter, which we all know is false.

Judicial Watch was forced to sue the Department of Justice in federal court to enforce a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the emails, because the most corrupt and secretive administration in US history covers up more corruption within. So much for the Obama administration being an open and transparent administration, as they claimed rthey would be in order to be elected.

The Obama administration is appealing a judge’s ruling that Secret Service records of visitors to the White House complex are subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.

The Justice Department filed a formal notice of appeal Friday afternoon regarding U.S. District Court Judge Beryl Howell’s August ruling rejecting arguments that the so-called WAVES records belong to the White House even though they are maintained and used by the Secret Service.

The decision to appeal the ruling to the D.C. Circuit would appear to be in tension with Obama’s repeated pledges to operate the most transparent administration in history. The White House announced

Obama’s Least Transparent Admin in History Can’t Continue Ignoring FOIA Requests

The least transparent administration in U.S. History, the Obama administration, cannot continue to just ignore the Freedom of Information requests they receive any longer, due to a new ruling by a U.S. District Judge who ruled that the White House visitor logs are not immune to Freedom on Information requests.

“The proper course of action by the Secret Service is duly to process [Judicial Watch’s] FOIA request, disclose all segregable, nonexempt records, and then assert specific FOIA exemptions for all records it seeks to withhold,”

The corrupt Obama administration lied through their teeth when they claimed that their administration would be “the most open and transparent ever”, when in fact they are the most corrupt, least transparent, most secretive administration in U.S. History. Obama’s administration has been ignoring Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests at a much higher rate than past administrations.
