He kissed another lady square on the lips at an earlier campaign stop because she said something about “keeping the chair”, in reference to the chair that Clint Eastwood used at the Republican National Convention, and Ol’ Joe thought she was saying that he has to keep his position as Vice President – so he kissed her on the lips.
Is Biden making a video of his campaign stop fun or something? Maybe it could be called “Biden Gone Wild – Up Close and Personal”.
