Why is the Department of Labor telling defense companies that it would be “inappropriate” to notify their employees of the good possibility of massive layoffs that the Democrats are forcing on the American People after the automatic defense cuts kick into effect?

The WARN Act, which is a law that REQUIRES companies to give their employees at least 60 days notification before layoffs take place, is being politically manipulated by Obama and his cronies in the Department of Labor.

Obama’s Department of Labor (DOL) is now telling defense companies that the WARN Act does not apply to defense companies, so it would be “inappropriate” to give the proper 60 day notification before hundreds of thousands of jobs are lost just days before the next election.

States That Elected Republican Governors Had Highest Drop in Unemployment

This shows that the Republicans and the Tea Party Patriots know what they are doing when it comes to putting people back to work, despite Obama and the Democrat’s attempts to put everyone on welfare and food stamps.

In 2010, influenced by the Tea Party and its focus on fiscal issues, 17 states elected Republican governors. And, according to an Examiner.com analysis, every one of those states saw a drop in their unemployment rates since January of 2011. Furthermore, the average drop in the unemployment rate in these states was 1.35%, compared to the national decline of .9%, which means, according to the analysis, that the job market in these Republican states is improving 50% faster than the national rate.

Since January of 2011, here is how much the unemployment rate declined in each of the 17 states that elected Republican governors in 2010, according to the Examiner:

Kansas – 6.9% to 6.1% = a decline of 0.8%

Maine – 8.0% to 7.4% = a decline of 0.6%

It’s interesting, and a bit shocking, to see how much support Obama gets from the Black and Hispanic communities, with how little Obama has done for them!

Since Obama has taken office, he has done little to nothing for the Black community, and the unemployment rate in the Black communities has steadily risen to 14.4% under Obama, which is almost double the unemployment of the White community, yet Blacks continue to support Obama, mostly due to the darker color of his skin. (even though Obama is really half black and half white)

Hispanic and Latino Americans have not had much better luck under the Obama administration.
The Latino American community has been all but forgotten by the Obama administration. On the heels of the Supreme Court decision to strike much of Arizona’s immigration law, and as a payback to Jan Brewer and Arizona, the Obama administration has instructed federal authorities to disregard the US Immigration Laws, and ignore actual cases of illegal immigration reported from Arizona.

This proves that the Obama administration has a complete disregard for our nation’s laws, and wants to allow all illegal immigrants to enter the United States and stay in the country illegally.

If the Obama administration will not uphold our nation’s laws, and will sue anyone who tries to keep our nation safe, then the United States will not be safe again until Obama and the Democrats are out of office.
