Pay attention to Hillary Clinton’s feet as they move her into the van. They are dragging as the Secret Service and Hillary’s handlers dragged/carried her to the van. This is why Hillary’s shoe came off – because she wasn’t stepping at all. Hillary was basically dragged into the van, and may have even been passed out on her feet at the time.

Maybe Hillary should have kept the real ambulance with her at this stop.
