Ha! The special prosecutor, Michael McCrum, who is currently working to get an indictment of Rick Perry is apparently himself in legal hot water, and could face up to 6 months in prison for his crime.

Special Prosecutor in Rick Perry Indictment, Michael McCrum, In Own Legal Hot Water – May Face 6 Months in Prison for Jury Tampering

It seems that Michael McCrum may have engaged in Jury Tampering, by allegedly telling a witness in a manslaughter case to just “get lost for awhile”, thereby keeping the witness from appearing in court.

In a signed affidavit, the witness said that she “felt intimidated by Mr. McCrum not to appear in court”

If Michael McCrum did participate in jury tampering, or played any part in the intimidation of the witness, he should be sent to prison for the full 6 months.

The Rick Perry indictment has just taken an interesting turn. Michael McCrum, the special prosecutor going after Rick Perry, has apparent legal troubles of his own.
