Obama Calls Botched Execution of Murderer “Deeply Troubling” Calls for Review – Says & Does Nothing About Thousands of Botched Abortions of Innocent Babies

Obama has called a botched state killing in Oklahoma “deeply troubling” and has asked corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder to conduct a review of the death penalty.

This new scrutiny of death penalty executions comes after one “botched” execution of a murderer who was convicted of shooting a woman and then watching as she was buried alive, but says nothing about the victim of Lockett’s heinous crimes, or the thousands of botched abortions of innocent babies that take place every year.

Clayton Lockett was was already a four-time felon when he was convicted of first-degree murder, rape, kidnapping, and robbery during a 1999 crime spree. Lockett shot 19-year-old Stephanie Neiman with a sawed-off shotgun, then then watched as his two friends and accomplices buried her alive.

Obama didn’t say anything about the murdered 19 year old girl who Lockett buried alive, but calls the one botched execution “deeply troubling”, and says the use of the death penalty “Racial bias. Uneven application of the death penalty”, but in reality most crimes that warrant the use of the death penalty are committed by black people. It may not be a pretty statement, but it is a fact.

Calling a botched state killing in Oklahoma “deeply troubling,” President Barack Obama said Friday the federal government would review death penalty procedures around the country.

Obama said he’s asked Attorney General Eric Holder to conduct an analysis of how death row criminals are killed after an execution attempt in Oklahoma left an accused murderer writhing and convulsing following a lethal injection.

“I think we do have to, as a society, ask ourselves some difficult and profound questions around these issues,” Obama said during a press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, while reaffirming his belief the death penalty is an appropriate punishment for certain crimes.

During his press conference Friday, which focused largely on the situation in Ukraine, Obama pointed to other “significant” flaws in the country’s execution system.

“Racial bias. Uneven application of the death penalty. Situations in which there were individuals on death row who later on were discovered to have been innocent because of exculpatory evidence – all these I think do raise significant questions about how the death penalty is being applied,” he said.
