Gay Hate Cake Hoax Criminal Drops Fake Lawsuit, Offers Non-Apology To Whole Foods Over “My Actions”

Gay hate cake hoax creator Jordan Brown, who is apparently a so-called “pastor” at Church of Open Doors, in Austin TX, has dropped his fake lawsuit against Whole Foods over his made-up hoax, and offered a non-apology to Whole Foods for making up the fake hate cake hoax, and trying to destroy the company’s reputation.

Gay Hate Cake Hoax Criminal Drops Fake Lawsuit, Offers Non-Apology To Whole Foods Over “My Actions”

“I want to apologize to Whole Foods and its team members for questioning the company’s commitment to its values, and especially the baker associate who I understand was put in a terrible position because of my actions,”

“My actions”??? What a fucking loser shithead! How about apologizing for what you did, which is important because apologizing for “my actions” just isn’t enough to atone for what you did, you dumb fuck!

The criminal, Jordan Brown, should have said something closer to this in his apology to Whole Foods.

“I want to apologize to Whole Foods and its team members for creating the fake hate crime, and filing a fake lawsuit against the company that did nothing wrong. Whole Foods gave me the cake exactly as I had ordered. It was me that added the gay slur onto the cake and starting my fake hate crime hoax, and I have no excuse for my disgusting actions that not only hurt Whole Foods, but also hurt many others.”

THAT would be an acceptable apology. If I were with Whole Foods, I would still follow through on the lawsuit against the gay hate cake hoax creator Jordan Brown. Jordan Brown needs to be held accountable for his crimes, if nothing more that to show other would-be hoaxters that they similarly will not get away with their crimes.

The man who said an employee at Whole Foods, Inc. wrote a homophobic slur on a cake has withdrawn his lawsuit and now says the company “did nothing wrong.”

Jordan Brown made the initial allegations more than three weeks ago. The openly gay pastor said at the time that he ordered a cake with the phrase “Love Wins” on it and instead got a cake with that phrase and a homophobic slur on it.

Whole Foods has now dropped their counter suit after “the truth has come to light,” according to a statement from the company.

Brown said in a statement Monday morning that he was “wrong to pursue this matter and use the media to perpetuate this story.”

“I want to apologize to Whole Foods and its team members for questioning the company’s commitment to its values, and especially the baker associate who I understand was put in a terrible position because of my actions,” Brown said in his statement Monday.

Brown continued, “I apologize to the LGBT community for diverting attention from real issues. I also want to apologize to my partner, my family, my church family, and my attorney.”

Brown was represented in the initial lawsuit by Austin Kaplan. Whole Foods immediately fought back against the lawsuit when it was initially filed with a countersuit. The company released surveillance video showing Brown purchasing the cake and also said at the time that they stood behind their team member in the suit.
