Treasonous Democrat Criminal James Comey Indicted Again After Threatening The Life Of The President of the United States

Treasonous democrat criminal James Comey has been indicted for the 2nd time, and grand jury has apparently also even submitted an arrest warrant for Comey! This is serious!! This latest federal indictment stems from a 2025 Instagram post showing seashells arranged to spell out “8647” (or “86 47”) on a beach, which the Justice Department and Trump allies interpreted as a coded threat against President Trump (Trump being the 47th president; “86” slang for “get rid of” or eliminate).

The two-count indictment charges Comey with knowingly and willfully making a threat to take the life of, or inflict bodily harm upon, the President of the United States, and knowingly and willfully transmitting a communication in interstate and foreign commerce containing such a threat (via Instagram, which crosses state lines).

First indictment (September 2025): Comey was charged in the Eastern District of Virginia with two counts—making a false statement to Congress and obstructing a congressional proceeding. These related to his 2020 Senate Judiciary Committee testimony about the FBI’s Russia investigation into the 2016 Trump campaign and whether he authorized anonymous leaks to the media. That case was later dismissed by a judge (reportedly over issues with the prosecutor’s appointment).

Second indictment (April 28, 2026): This new one focuses on the seashell photo as an alleged threat. Details on the exact charges (e.g., potential threat-related statutes) are still emerging, but reports indicate it could carry significant penalties, with some commentary mentioning up to 20 years if convicted on certain felonies. A DOJ press conference was held or planned in connection with it.

Indictments SHOULD end up in prison time for all of the treasonous democrat criminals, so now we also need to see some indictments of Clapper, Brennan, Wray, Clinton, McCabe, Rosenstein, Schiff and many others! Each of these treasonous democrat criminals deserve the death penalty!
