Emails from Gov. Chris Christie’s office show that they were involved in lane closures on the New Jersey side of the George Washington Bridge in September, which caused heavy gridlock and headaches for 4 days.

Gov. Chris Christie’s deputy chief of staff, Bridget Anne Kelly, emailed one of his appointees at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, who controls the bridge, saying “Time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee”.

Mr. Christie’s people even gloated afterwards about the problem that Mr. Christie’s lane closures caused.

• “Is it wrong that I am smiling?” Mr. Wildstein texted Ms. Kelly.
• “No,” she texted back.
• “I feel badly about the kids,” he texted.
• “They are the children of Buono voters,”

Yet after Gov. Christie started feeling the heat, they now say that the lane closures were “part of a traffic study”.
Yea right, you fat corrupt turd! You were mad at Fort Lee Mayor Mark Sokolich because he didn’t support your re-election.…
