Pennsylvania State Supreme Court Gives Police Permission to Invade PA Citizen Privacy At Will
The seemingly stupid or corrupt Pennsylvania state Supreme Court has ruled against the privacy rights of it’s citizens, in favor of allowing Pennsylvania police officers to search vehicles at will, without a warrant.
Now the Pennsylvania police can search a car if they have “probable cause”, which basically means that the police can search your car anytime they wish.
There are many corrupt and criminal police officers, especially in Pennsylvania, and probable cause is such a low bar to clear, and almost impossible to disprove. Any officer can now lie and say that they “smelled something”, or “thought they saw something” that constituted “probable cause”, even if there was none.
With the new ruling, if a Pennsylvania police officer wants to see whats in your car, for whatever reason, the officer will gain access to your car, whether you approve of the warrantless search or not.
This is a huge blow to Pennsylvania citizen rights, and the people of Pennsylvania should not allow this to stand.…
