Ardmore Oklahoma Police Department Covers For Officer After Killing Family Dog ‘For No Reason’

The Ardmore Oklahoma Police Department seems to be covering for an Ardmore Police officer, Brice Woolley, who shot and killed a family pet – a shooting that the family insists was completely unjustified.

Whitnesses stated that officer Woolley said ‘I’m not waiting for animal control’, before pulling out his shotgun and shooting the dog through the neck, and even said that officer Woolley commented on how ‘awesome’ it was that the collar flew off the dog when he ‘blew her head off’.

Cpt. Eric Hamblin, with the Ardmore Police Department, seems to acknowledge that the shooting of the dog was unnecessary and unjustified, basically saying that it is better for an officer to blow the head off an innocent family dog before it starts acting aggressively and bites someone.
