According to the indictment, Corrupt North Miami Democrat Mayor Lucie Tondreau allegedly worked with Karl Oreste, O.J. Odunna, and Kelly Augustin, in a conspiracy to use false information to obtain loans on 20 properties between December 2005 and May 2008.
