Obama’s spies are definitely unconstitutionally spying on Americans, but will not spy on terrorists in a mosque, where terrorists hang out.

So the corrupt friend of every terrorist – The Obama administration – says that their unconstitutional NSA spy ring has stopped “dozens” of terrorist attacks, which itself is completely false, but how can the brain-dead Obama administration think that their NSA Spying Scandal would help stop terrorists if they are not even spying on the terrorists.

The Justice Department obtained a portfolio of information about a Fox News correspondent’s conversations and visits as part of an investigation into a possible leak, The Washington Post reported Monday — in the latest example of the government seizing records of journalists.

This follows the charge that the department secretly obtained two months of phone records from Associated Press journalists as part of a separate leak probe. The department in this case, though, went a step further, as an FBI agent reportedly claimed there’s evidence the journalist in question — Fox News’ James Rosen — broke the law “at the very least, either as an aider, abettor and/or co-conspirator.”

Before the Obama administration Energy Dept illegally restructured the Solyndra loan, to assure that Obama’s friends and supporters would be paid back BEFORE the U.S. Taxpayer, they were warned by Mary Miller, the assistant Treasury secretary, that doing so could be illegal, and urged Obama’s Energy Department to consult with the Justice Department before restructuring the Solyndra loan.

Obama and his Energy Department think that they are above the law though, and followed through with the restructuring anyway, without clearing the with the Justice Department.

We hope more info continues to come out, so that we can get to the bottom of how the $500 billion Solyndra loan deal, the loan restructuring, and also who in the Obama administration knew what and when. Obama Administration Hides From Truth, Locks Up Damaging Solyndra Evidence

Something tells me that Eric Holder would not have allowed the investigation of Obama’s pet company Solyndra, if there was any chance that it could put more heat on Obama.

It seems a lot more likely that the Obama administration spurred on the Solyndra investigation because they know by doing so, they lock up the files and any other damaging information until they decide to release the information. This effectively hides all evidence of crimes and corruption by the Obama administration, and if my guess is right, the FBI will release their investigation report in the days after the next election.

Federal agents have expanded their examination of the now-bankrupt California solar power company Solyndra, searching the homes of the company’s CEO and two of its executives, examining computer files and documents, iWatch News and ABC News have learned.
