Graham Chase Robinson, a former employee of sexual predator Robert De Niro says that De Niro sexually harassed her while on the job.
“De Niro made vulgar, inappropriate, and gendered comments to Ms. Robinson. He would joke with Ms. Robinson about his Viagra prescription. De Niro smirked to Ms. Robinson about his young paramour, who was around Ms. Robinson’s age. De Niro directed Ms. Robinson to imagine him on the toilet. He told Ms. Robinson that doing manual labor would ‘make a man out of you.’ De Niro suggested that Ms. Robinson could get pregnant using sperm from her (married) male co-worker.”
I bet there are many more women out there who predator Robert De Niro sexually harassed or abused, and my bet is that, very soon more of these women start coming out with their stories of abuse at the ands of Robert De Niro.
Foul-mouthed actor Robert De Niro who has set himself up as a paragon of virtue for attacking Donald Trump has now been accused of sexually harassing a co-worker.
Last month, De Niro filed a lawsuit accusing former employee Graham Chase Robinson of all sorts of malfeasance and wrongdoing. But Robinson has now struck back with a lawsuit of her own alleging that De Niro sexually harassed her while she was in his company, Canal Productions.
Robinson’s lawsuit accuses De Niro of a list of #MeToo violations.
“Robert De Niro is someone who has clung to old mores,” Robinson says in her filing.
“He does not accept the idea that men should treat women as equals. He does not care that gender discrimination in the workplace violates the law. Ms. Robinson is a casualty of this attitude,” the suit adds.
Robinson goes on to say that De Niro routinely manhandled her without permission.
“Among other things, De Niro would direct Ms. Robinson to scratch his back, button his shirts, fix his collars, tie his ties, and prod him awake when he was in bed,” the lawsuit continues. “De Niro also stood idly by while his friend slapped Ms. Robinson on her buttocks.”
The suit also says that De Niro persisted in using sexist and vulgar language to describe female co-workers including, “bitch,” “brat,” and “c**t.”
“De Niro made vulgar, inappropriate, and gendered comments to Ms. Robinson,” the paperwork alleges. “He would joke with Ms. Robinson about his Viagra prescription. De Niro smirked to Ms. Robinson about his young paramour, who was around Ms. Robinson’s age. De Niro directed Ms. Robinson to imagine him on the toilet. He told Ms. Robinson that doing manual labor would ‘make a man out of you.’ De Niro suggested that Ms. Robinson could get pregnant using sperm from her (married) male co-worker.”
Robinson also says that De Niro referred to her as his “office wife” and gave her menial tasks even though she had the title of vice president of production & finance.
Robinson claims gender discrimination, retaliation, violation of the Equal Pay Act, and various other state and federal labor laws. She seeks at least $12 million in damages.
