New York just passed some “ridiculous and shameful” bill called the “COPA Act”, which forces homeowners to sell their homes to the government, or other specific organizations, before they are allowed to sell their homes on the open market! New York isn’t an American city anymore, and most of the money is currently moving out, but without HUGE changes, everyone with a brain will leave and NY will be a ghost town within just a few more years.

The COPA Act forces NY homeowners to jump through a bunch of new hoops, if they want to sell their home.
- Go through city bureaucrats
- Wait six months
- Give nonprofits first dibs
- And ask permission to sell what they already own
