San Bernardino Sheriff Invades Family’s Privacy & Shoots 1 Family Dog & Lets The Other Roam Free Before Charging Homeowner

A worthless fat cowardly San Bernardino Sheriff illegally invaded a family’s privacy by illegally entering their property uninvited and unannounced, and when the family’s 2 pet dogs walked up to the Sheriff, he shot one of them. The nutless fat ass Sheriff also let the family’s other dog out of the fenced-in back yard, so the dog was taken by Animal Control, and the homeowner was forced to pay $250 to get his dog back.

We hope that family wins a very large lawsuit against the San Bernardino Sheriff’s department and the city of San Bernardino.

“While searching the property, the deputy encountered a homeowner’s dog. During the encounter, the deputy discharged his firearm, striking the dog. A sheriff’s supervisor responded to the scene, along with Animal Control, and the homeowners were notified. The deceased dog was taken by Animal Control, along with a second dog that was off the property and wandering in the street.”

Um.. the still-living dog wouldn’t have been “wandering in the street” if the shitty fat ass Sheriff didn’t let the dog out of the fenced-in area of the yard, but if you have that much fear of a family pet you have no business being a law enforcement officer!

Jesus Serna and his family are not living in their home while it is under construction, and occasionally take the dogs over to stay at the house.

The San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department was investigating a stolen car in the neighborhood when an officer allegedly knocked on the vacant home’s door and let himself in.

Security footage shows one of the Serna family’s dogs, Raven, wagging her tail as the officer opens his back gate, then the other family dog, Daisy, barks at the officer, and he shoots and kills her.

Serna had to then go and pick up his dog, Raven, from a shelter and pay $250 to get her out.

The sheriff’s department is investigating the incident and the discharge of the officer’s firearm.
