This cop, Dunbar Police Officer Zachary Winters SHOULD have been charged with the murder of 34 year old Michael Scott Jr. after “Officer” Winters threw Scott onto the ground while handcuffed, resulting in SEVERE head injuries that caused his death.

Michael Scott Jr’s injuries needed immediate brain surgery, but the criminal Dunbar Police Officer Zachary Winters REFUSED to take his victim to the hospital to treat the grave injuries he caused to someone already in handcuffs – probably because he feared anyone finding out about the severe injuries he cause to his handcuffed prisoner.

Apparently, Dunbar Police Officer Zachary Winters REALLY doesn’t like when someone “pulls away” from him, and that act of pulling away, while handcuffed, is the cause of his murder at the hands of “Officer” Winters. A good and competent officer could control someone that they already have in handcuffs, even if that person is being slightly hard to deal with.

WOW! Watch what looks like sheer incompetence by Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers!

I don’t know what the officers saw that made them fire dozens of shots into the man’s rental car, but for multiple officers to fire dozens of shots, from just a few feet away, and only hit the guy 3 times? That is horrible marksmanship!! How does the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department find their officers, and are they even trained?

Seriously, I could pull 4 monkeys out of the zoo, give them guns, and I bet they would have a better hit percentage than these officers.

It’s actually a good thing that the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police officers are not good shots, or this man would have been killed. As it stands now, he will live, and for sure sue the shit out of everyone under the sun. UPDATE: Columbia County Sheriff Mark Hunter made a statement about this viral video and situation where his officers trashed the rights of a disabled vet, where he says “I do not feel these deputies’ actions were guided by ill intent, but rather by frustration and failure to rely on their training.” And the dirty officers were basically only suspended for 2 days!

We do not agree with Sheriff Mark Hunter for his reasoning for this very light slap on the wrist. This definitely WAS ill intent! These two officers, Sgt. Randy Harrison and Deputy Jayme Gohde, KNEW what they were doing was wrong, and only tool the interaction the way they did because they were butt-hurt by someone who knew his rights, and thought they would never get questioned on the abuse of a citizen. If I had to guess, I bet this has happened a lot with those two “officers”.

Waukesha Christmas Parade Murderer Darrell Brooks called himself an “alleged defendant” throughout the pre-trial and trial (probably confused with “alleged offender”), and would even make his own objections to the prosecution’s objections, and immediately blurt out “GROUNDS!” when ruled against.
