An “officer” of the Lynn Police Department officer appears severely wasted (wobbling, slurring speech, unsteady on his feet) in this video while on a traffic stop. The still unnamed Lynn Police officer is obviously very high and/or drunk, but his fellow criminal officers actually covered-up their officer’s impairment, and downplayed it as the result of having a “bad back” and just getting “off a double”, when the so-called officers of the Lynn Police Department should have been conducting a DUI investigation of their wasted officer.
