Apparently the NCAA doesn’t care that their rules allowing men to share locker rooms and bathrooms with women will be putting girls in danger, and not only allowing men to expose their dick and balls to female athletes, while changing, showering, or using the bathroom, but also puts girls in much more danger of being sexually assaulted or raped.

The NCAA says they're not beholden to the federal civil rights law of Title IX.
