The baby murder loving Miss America, Kira Kazantsev, seems to have been kicked out of the Alpha Phi Sorority at Hofstra University because she engaged in the hazing of pledges.
Kazantsev admits that she was involved in the hazing of her sorority’s pledges, and claims that the pledges would be made to stand in a line and “recite information or a few sleepless nights crafting”.
CRAFTING?? I seriously doubt that the hazing that was being done at the Hofstra University chapter of the Alpha Phi Sorority included any crafting, and I bet if you talked to anyone who was abused by Kazantsev, they will tell you that the abuse was much more harsh than standing in a line answering questions, or crafting.
I think the truth is more like, Kira Kazantsev has a very broad definition of “crafting”. Kazantsev’s definition of “crafting” involves exceptionally harsh, physically exhausting abuse of the sorority’s pledges.
Kira Kazantsev is not Miss America material, and Miss Kazantsev should be stripped of her crown and title, and the title should be handed to the runner-up, Courtney Garrett.
Miss America 2015, Kira Kazantsev from New York, went on “Good Morning America” Tuesday to discuss allegations that surfaced Monday saying she was kicked out her college sorority for abusively hazing pledges.
The newly-crowned queen, whose platform was anti-domestic abuse, clarified why she was kicked out of the Alpha Phi chapter at Hofstra University in Long Island in April 2013.
“Under the broad definition of hazing, yes, I was involved,” she said. “At the time, unfortunately, that was just the culture of the university, and I was hazed, and I was kind of brought up through the organization thinking that is appropriate behavior…”
Reports say Kazantsev was “exceptionally harsh” toward freshman members by berating them and making them perform physically exhausting tasks.
She clarified that she was kicked out of the sorority because she made a joke in an email to an alum about creating a “scary evening” for the pledges, and then failed to show up for her disciplinary hearing. (RELATED: Admit It, You Watch Miss America For The Bikinis)
“It included something like you would stand in a line and basically like recite information or a few sleepless nights crafting,” she said.
