Mentally-Challenged CNN Anchor Carol Costello Thinks First Lady Can Sign Bills Into Law

Carol Costello thinks that Mrs. Obama “signed the Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act into law” back in 2010. She must not be aware that the first lady cannot sign anything into law – and this is a grown lady and CNN anchor? Scary!

CNN must not have hired Carol Costello for her brain because she has to be one of the most mentally-challenged “news” people on TV. Costello was probably hired to try and start breaking the liberal “news” organization out of the pattern of most liberal women being so disgustingly ugly.

Not that Carol Costello is a model-type or FOX News worthy – she is far from that level of beauty, but I can hear the officers at CNN saying “A liberal woman who doesn’t make my skin craw? Sign her up!”

Conservative women are usually much more pretty than liberal women

CNN news anchor Carol Costello — who frequently demonstrates an inability to understand that anchors don’t inject personal political commentary into their broadcasts — proved Tuesday that she’s confused about a lot of things after claiming that First Lady Michelle Obama “signed the Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act into law.”

Costello made the gaffe during a segment on rising opposition to the act, which was the first lady’s initiative but — as the Constitution has stipulated for 225 years — was signed by President Obama. The anchor began by playing a clip from a rally supporting the bill when it was ratified four years ago.

“That was Mrs. Obama back in 2010, when she signed the Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act into law,” Costello declared. “Well now some members of Congress and the food industry want to roll back that initiative and loosen requirements to cut costs.”

Last week, a GOP-controlled House subcommittee advanced an initiative waiving certain expensive food requirements contained in the bill if a school district posts a six-month net loss on the program.

On Tuesday, Mrs. Obama pushed back on the House’s move, claiming Republicans are “play[ing] politics with our kids’ health.”
