Inept and brainless Brown University President Christina H. Paxson claims that the campus sirens were not activated during the shooting spree that killed 2 people and injured 8 others, even though Brown University’s website claims that the siren was in place to be used during an active shooter situation. Instead of sounding the alarm, which would be heard immediately, Brown University elected to send out text messages about the shooting.
Reporter: Why didn't the siren emergency system go off?
Brown University President: "That's not a system we would ever use in the case of an active shooter."
