The authorities should go back and tack on an additional 5 years in prison as well for each Duke Lacrosse player that the lying skank tried ruining the lives of by making up false rape allegations against.

Rot in prison for a decade, you nasty lying bitch!

A jury found Crystal Mangum guilty of second-degree murder Friday in the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Reginald Daye, in 2011.

Superior Court Judge Paul Ridgeway sentenced Mangum to a minimum of 14 years and two months to a maximum of 18 years in prison.

Deputies immediately led Mangum out of the courtroom in handcuffs following the announcement of her sentence.

Mangum, 35, stabbed Daye, 46, in the side of his chest on April 3, 2011 during a fight at Daye’s apartment. Daye died 10 days later at Duke Hospital from complications from the wound.

Mangum claimed she stabbed Daye in self defense after she fled to the bathroom and he dragged her out by the hair, but Daye told investigators before he died that Mangum attacked him several times with knives before stabbing him in the chest.

The jury found Mangum not guilty of larceny for allegedly stealing cashier’s checks totaling $700 that Daye had previously given her to pay the rent.

After the verdict, members of Daye’s family said they were satisfied with the verdict.

”We’re just grateful that justice was served for Reggie today, for his family and his friends,” said his sister Cynthia Wilson. “We just thank everybody that played a part and thank God. We’re just happy.”

Mangum’s attorney, Daniel Meier, said he had hoped for a not guilty verdict or guilty of voluntary manslaughter verdict.

“We are thankful that it did not go with first-degree murder,” Meier said.

Assistant District Attorney Charlene Franks, who prosecuted the case, said it was never about Crystal Mangum, the Duke lacrosse accuser.

“It was about Reggie Daye and what happened in April 2011,” she said.

In 2006, Mangum accused three Duke lacrosse players of raping her at a party. The charges were dismissed after the evidence did not back up Mangum’s story, but not before her story and accusations made the local and national news.
