What a load of shit! Oakland A’s anti-American criminal catcher Bruce Maxwell faced charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct after he pointed a gun at the head of a Scottsdale food delivery person, and now the loser walks away with a slap on the wrist, minor probation and no jail time.

Bruce Maxwell should be sitting in a jail cell for 6 months for what he did, but he was aparently able to use some of the money that the Oakland A’s have paid him to buy a favorable ending to his latest problems.

This is more proof that low-lives with money are not held to the same laws and standards that the rest of the American People are expected to abide by. (as if we needed more proof after Hillary Clinton’s many crimes, that low-lives with money can buy their freedom)

Oakland A’s catcher Bruce Maxwell won’t serve prison time after he pointed a gun at a Postmates delivery woman in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Maxwell, the only player to kneel during the national anthem last season in the MLB, was arrested back in October after a bizarre exchange with the delivery woman, which involved him pulling a weapon. TMZ reported the following details on the criminal case and the deal he recently reached with prosecutors:

Maxwell was initially arrested for aggravated assault — but, he cut a deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to plead guilty to disorderly conduct … a lesser charge.

In exchange, Maxwell was sentenced to 2 years probation — with a 6-month deferred sentence … which means if he violates the terms of probation, he gets 6 months in jail.

As for Bruce, he’s kept a very low profile since the arrest — we have yet to hear from him.

Call me crazy, but two years of probation and a suspended sentence of six months seems absurdly light. The man pointed a gun at a delivery woman! I’m a huge gun guy, I own a few, I love shooting, but this is outrageous.

Idiots like Maxwell give gun owners everywhere a bad name. This dude needs to be locked up for at least a little bit. I’m not saying he needs to be put away for several years. I’m not even sure he should do more than a month, but letting him walk with probation sends a very bad message.
