10,000 city workers have gone on strike Philadelphia today for the first time in almost 40 years, because they didn’t get the higher pay that they were asking for and, as a result, many of the services in democrat-destroyed Philadelphia, like emergency dispatchers, parks maintenance, and sanitation crews, have stopped. If you have to call 9-11, just hope that it’s not that serious, because you will be on hold for a while.

“If you call 9-11, don’t hang up” Which means that their emergency services will be short-staffed as well.
Usually, when you have a dying shithole city, you try and dig out of the trash, but Philadelphia is getting deeper in the shit everyday.
