I find it funny that ATF Director Steven Dettelbach mentions a few times about the ATF agent who was shot in the illegal raid. But that is exactly what happens when people illegally enter someone’s home in such a terroristic way, without announcing themselves as ATF agents. Personally, I think they wanted to kill Bryan Malinowski, and they did.

According to ATF Director Steven Dettelbach’s testimony, the ATF does around 11,000 raids per year – usually first thing in the morning when it’s not even light outside. How many of these 11,000 raids are handled so badly and illegally, like this one against Bryan Malinowski and his family? I’d have to think a fair amount.
