A special prosecutor is investigating violent psycho democrat Jay Jones’s court-ordered community service that was part of his punishment for a reckless driving conviction he received for driving 116MPH in a 70 MPH zone. Prosecutors say that Jay Jones falsified the records of his community service, by claiming that he fulfilled his punishment, when he had not.
