Was Thomas Matthew Crooks just a patsy for the actual assassin(s)? With all of the things that had to go right for the assassination attempt, and be able to get off 8 shots at President Trump, I think it is more than very likely that Crooks wasn’t the real shooter. Crooks was there to be used as a smokescreen to help the real shooters get away undetected.
