This Looks Like A Bad Police Shooting & The Officer Should Be Charged

I have watched this video at least 12 times, at different speeds, trying to determine what the criminal picked-up before being shot by the police officer, and I don’t think he picked-up a gun. This appears to me to be a bad shooting by this police officer. I feel bad for the officer because he definitely got his ass beat, and the criminal should have been arrested and charged with crimes, but he appeared to be unarmed, so the officer seems to have taken out his frustration on an unarmed man in a way that is against the law.

While determining self defense options, you can only use deadly force to counter deadly force. You can’t shoot someone just because you got your ass kicked.

I’m a big supporter of good police officers, but there are bad officers as well, who need to be removed from their positions as officers as soon as problems are found.
