It’s unbelievable that the Manhattan DA has refused to press charges against the thug biker seen on video attacking a motorist on the streets of New York. The reports also say that the brainless Manhattan DA, Cy Vance, didn’t even want to charge the motorcycle thug who started the whole ordeal by slamming on his brakes in front of the SUV, and caused the first accident.

Apparently, the only reason why Manhattan DA, Cy Vance, went ahead and filed charges against the motorcycle thug, Christopher Cruz, is because of public outrage about the road raging motorcycle thugs – most of which were riding illegally, without license plates on their motorcycles, as required by law.

The Manhattan DA, Cy Vance, should do everything possible to find and prosecute as many of these motorcycle thug criminals as possible, or the next time something like this happens, they will all assume that they will get away scott-free, and the people being chased will definitely take more chances to …
