Obama Claims to be Auto Industry Survivor – Drives Jeep Production to China

Despite all of Obama’s false claims that they somehow “saved the auto industry” by handing them huge amounts of free government money, now we learn that the American Icon Jeep is planning on moving their production to China.

Obama didn’t “save” the auto industry, he doomed it by not allowing the troubled companies to go through bankruptcy. Bankruptcy would have at least allowed the companies to restructure their debt, and rework contracts, which would help the companies get stronger. Obama instead just threw billions of dollars of our money down the drain, and straight into the pockets of their friends and union supporters, instead of fixing the real reasons why the auto companies are failing.
