It seems that Rahm Emanuel and others in Chicago are cooking the crime books, and classifying murders and other violent crimes differently in order to artificially lower the Chicago Crime Rate, where just this past weekend 9 people were killed and 37 people were wounded Chicagoland shootings, and I believe that two weekends ago there were even more murders in Chicago than 9.

This is exactly what we would expect from corrupt Democrats like Rahm Emanuel, and others running Chicago, and the State of Illinois in general. They seem to have learned well from Obama how to get away with outright corruption and crime.

A loud debate about crime statistics is taking place in Chicago as 2014 gets underway. The Police Department is claiming that it has helped lower crime, as statistics are down all across the
