Corrupt Miami-Dade Police Break Law By Arresting Law Abiding Citizens For Filming Police Work
The corrupt Miami-Dade Police Department continues breaking the law by arresting citizens for filming them.
It has been ruled over and over that citizens may video tape police while they make arrests, as long as the person doing the video taping is not interfering with the police.
In this case, freelance disc jockey Lazaro Estrada was illegally arrested by corrupt police officers for filming them from inside a building and behind the glass doors as they made an arrest.
The officer did ask Estrada to move away when he initially started filming outside the building, and Estrada immediately moved inside the building and continued to run video from behind glass.
The corrupt Miami-Dade Police officers didn’t like the fact that they were being filmed, and trumped up some false charges against Estrada.
The corrupt Miami-Dade Police Department is backing the illegal actions of their corrupt officers, saying “the arrest report speaks for itself, and Mr. Estrada is entitled to his day in court.”.
