Halfwit Stephen A Smith says that the ICE officer didn’t have to kill the psycho leftist trying to run him over, and that the officer should have shot out the tires. The fact is that she DID have to be shot, and it was just a roll of the dice that she died. I would like to see how Stephen A Smith handles the same situation, because if he would try shooting the tires, it would have made no difference, and he would very well have been run over and seriously hurt or killed.
