The democrat criminals who have completely destroyed California, which will never recover, are trying to protect other democrat criminals by pushing a new Senate bill that would decriminalize welfare fraud, and prohibit any prosecutions of fraud criminals to take place. California Democrat state senator Lola Smallwood-Cuevas has introduced SB560, a bill that would decriminalize welfare fraud below $25,000. It would also prohibit prosecutions for welfare fraud and would prohibit someone from being charged w/ perjury if they are subject to prosecution for welfare fraud. Democrats are criminals!

You can’t make this shit up! The democrats in California are trying to cause massive cheating in the welfare system, and than not punish the criminals, because many of the criminals will be other democrat law makers.

The most corrupt state continues allowing shitty criminals to get away with their crimes to continue committing more crimes, and stealing more taxpayer money, instead of putting the criminals in prison where they belong.

The democrat politicians obviously feel that stealing taxpayer money isn’t really a crime, because many of the democrats are guilty of stealing taxpayer money at every opportunity.

Welfare fraud under $25,000 in California could be decriminalized due to Senate Bill 560, which was introduced by State Sen. Lola Smallwood-Cuevas (D) in February.

The bill would decriminalize welfare fraud under that amount in the state for administrative errors, Fox News reported on Monday.

According the outlet’s Bill Melugin, “Smallwood-Cuevas represents a large chunk of Los Angeles County, including Mar Vista, West LA, Baldwin Hills, Ladera Heights, Century City, Playa Vista, and part of downtown LA.,” he wrote in a social media post on Monday:
