I have always liked Kid Rock, but now I think he is a total stud for how he responded to the brainless Common Cause assholes when they accused Rock of violating campaign finance laws.

“The violations of federal campaign finance law alleged in the attached complaint pose a direct threat to democracy in the United States. We urge the Department of Justice to investigate”

Kid Rock’s response was not only accurate, but funny as hell, and along the lines of what I would have said if I were in his place.

“No. 1: I have still not officially announced my candidacy. No. 2: See #1 and go fuck yourselves.”

If I lived in Detroit, and Kid Rock does actually run for office, I would vote for him in a heartbeat!, as I’m sure the majority of other voters would as well.

Kid Rock For Senate!

On Friday, September 1, the non-profit organization Common Cause filed a complaint against Kid Rock, claiming he has violated campaign finance laws.

Common Cause filed the complaint claiming Kid Rock has been campaigning for Senate throughout the summer but hasn’t registered with the FEC.

Kid Rock had a very concise and well-prepared response to the allegations.

“I am starting to see reports from the misinformed press and the fake news on how I am in violation of breaking campaign law,” Rock said in a statement to The Wrap on Friday, September 1. “No. 1: I have still not officially announced my candidacy. No. 2: See #1 and go f–k yourselves.”

He also wishes everyone a great Labor Day.

“Everyone else, Have a great Labor Day (I will be spending mine WORKING in one of the greatest cities in America – Grand Rapids, Michigan!!) Rock on!” he added.
