Michaela Angela Davis, a “cultural critic,” said during a CNN interview Wednesday morning that she believes everyone who voted for President Donald Trump is racist.

Davis was a part of a panel discussing Roseanne Barr’s recent racist tweets and the subsequent cancellation of her TV show. She insisted that the Barr incident was simply evidence that Trump has emboldened people in the U.S. to be more open about their racism and bigotry.

“Tens of millions of people voted for him after [Trump] showed his cards for years,” Davis said.

“Are you suggesting that they’re racist?” CNN anchor John Berman challenged.

“Yes, yes,” Davis asserted.
