UH OH!!!! Now Anthony Weiner is in some REALLY BIG trouble now that a prosecutor has asked for Weiner’s cell phone / text records to see if he may have been sexting other underage girls.
My guess is that there will be some other underage girls caught up in Weiner’s sexting we, which will come out once his sexting record are leaked to the public.
Between the public and his wife and kid, Anthony Weiner has had plenty of opportunity and encouragement to stop sexting strangers, but Anthony Weiner is just another typical “Do as I say, Not as I do” Democrat who feels that he is above the law.
If Anthony Weiner was sexting 15 year old girls, or any underage girls for that matter, he should be held accountable for his crimes.
A federal prosecutor has issued a subpoena for the cellphone and other electronic records of Anthony Weiner after DailyMail.com revealed his underage sexting.
Preet Bharara, the prosecutor for the Southern District of New York, issued the order just a day after our revelation – and after the NYPD Special Victim’s Unit began looking into possible charges resulting from the exchange between him and an out-of-state minor.
CNN first disclosed the move by prosecutors from Bharara’s office. He acted after the FBI opened its own investigation, the new network said.
Weiner carried on a months-long online sexual relationship with the girl during which she claims he asked her to dress up in ‘school-girl’ outfits for him on a video messaging application and pressed her to engage in ‘rape fantasies’, DailyMail.com has exclusively reported.
The girl, whose name is being withheld by DailyMail.com because she is a minor, said the online relationship began last January while she was a high school sophomore and before Weiner’s wife, Hillary Clinton’s aide Huma Abedin, announced she was ending their marriage.
Weiner was aware that the girl was underage, according to DailyMail.com interviews with the girl and her father, as well as a cache of online messages.
A subpoena of his cellphone and other records would disclose details of the interactions with the 15-year-old girl.
It could also mean any other communications he had being examined to see if they were with minors.
