Divers found an improvised explosive device (IED) at the bottom of the Converse Reservoir dam in Mobile, AL which is used to hold the area’s drinking water supply. This could be a situation similar to the LA fires that were started and allowed to spread intentionally, so we need to know if the grenade-type bomb was placed there recently or if it was there for a longer period of time. It shouldn’t be that hard to tell.
