There are new reports saying that the drones are actually US government drones, put up in response to a threat of biological or nuclear attack. I don’t buy that at all or we would have them flying around during the day as well. Some people are seeing the drones spraying shit into the air, so maybe the ones committing the crime of biological warfare are the same government actors operating the drones.
