According to Grok, Franklin Pierce University is the one university that awarded an athletic scholarship to a man in a skirt. Franklin Pierce University apparently awarded a full athletic scholarship to CeCé Telfer, a transgender woman, for its women’s NCAA Division II track and field team. Telfer competed on the men’s team during it’s first two years (2016–2017), and then transitioned and joined the women’s team in 2019 after starting hormone therapy.
