Norman City OK City Councilor Bree Montoya has been forced to resign after some of her shitty posts, where she told a Trump supporter to kill herself, were made public.

I love the lady’s response to Bree Montoya telling her to “Put a gun in your mouth, and pull the trigger.”

“I’m not liberal, ergo, I’m not mentally ill.”

Of course Bree Montoya made some dismal attempt to apologize, in hopes of keeping her job, but people saw right through that bullshit.

Norman City Councilmember Bree Montoya has announced her immediate resignation following a firestorm of backlash over a now-viral Facebook post in which she explicitly told a Trump supporter to kill herself.

While Montoya claims she “resigned on her own,” mounting pressure from constituents, social media mobs, Republican activists, and local media left her with little choice but to step down.

According to screenshots shared widely across social media, Montoya engaged in a heated exchange with a Facebook user over the “No Kings” protest earlier this summer.

In one of her remarks, she told the user to “kill yourself,” which many interpret as a direct encouragement of suicide.

“Go on, put a gun in your mouth and pull the tigger,” Montoya wrote.
