Rush Limbaugh is correct when he questions the results that will come (or not come) from the Twitter hashtag campaign, #BringBackOurGirls.
These are terrorists in Africa, who don’t have power or Internet, and certainly don’t use twitter; but if they did, why the fuck would they care what Michelle Obama or Joe Schmoe says on Twitter about their crimes?
Do these people actually think that tweeting 160 characters using the hashtag #BringBackOurGirls will help the situation in any way, or cause the terrorists to change their minds and return the girls? If they do then they have problems.
If Hillary Clinton would have done her job properly, and labeled Boko Haram a terror group when she should have, instead of repeatedly resisting for political reasons, the girls may be safe and sound today, but unfortunately that is not what happened. Hillary Clinton allowed the Boko Haram terror group to fly under the radar for years, which is why Hillary Clinton is ultimately responsible for the kidnapping of these girls.
Maybe the United States can help to bring back the kidnapped girls by providing drones, intel or boots, but all of the #BringBackOurGirls tweets in the world won’t help one bit.
Then failure Piers Morgan had to try and jab Rush Limbaugh after reading the Politico story.
Moron alert > RT @politico: Rush Limbaugh slammed Twitter hashtag campaign #BringBackOurGirls, calling it “pathetic” http://t.co/M7AstGBBjM

Seems that Piers Morgan is so jealous of Rush Limbaugh’s success that he cannot see, or think straight.
Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh slammed the Twitter hashtag campaign, #BringBackOurGirls, which is drawing attention to the kidnappings of schoolgirls in Nigeria, calling it “pathetic.”
“I just think this is pathetic. I’m just stunned. We got 300 Nigerian girls kidnapped by an Al Qaeda group, and nobody cared or talked about it for a while, Hillary [Clinton] wouldn’t call ‘em a terror group. Now all of a sudden, for some reason, we’re on a big push to get ‘em back and this is how… ?” Limbaugh said Thursday on his radio program, according to a transcript.
Limbaugh, who was discussing a photo first lady Michelle Obama tweeted on Wednesday taking part in the campaign, questioned its effectiveness.
“The sad thing here is that the low-information crowd that’s puddling around out there on Twitter is gonna think we’re actually doing something about it,” the radio host said.
“Is that not pathetic? What the hell message does that send” he added.
The hashtag took off this week, bringing the national spotlight to the kidnappings of over 300 girls that took place more than three weeks ago in a remote region of northeast Nigeria. Boko Haram, the extremist Isalmic group, claimed responsibility for the abductions and threatened to sell the girls and kidnap more.
Both President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry condemned the kidnappings and announced Tuesday that the Nigerian government welcomed U.S. aid, including intelligence expertise.
However, Limbaugh criticized the social media response.
“I want to ask you, what message does this send? And then I want to ask you, is the United States really this powerless? And then if you answer yes, we are really this powerless, then isn’t Obama to blame?” Limbaugh said.
