Vem Miller, the man accused of plotting the next Trump assassination attempt, is vehemently denying the Riverside County police’s official story about what happened when he was arrested with guns in his trunk, while driving into a Trump Rally. Miller is threatening lawsuits over the defamatory lies he said have been told about him, and for infringement of his rights.
JUST IN: Vem Miller, the man accused of a so-called "third Trump assassination attempt" denies these reports and pushes back in a statement released online.

Riverside County Sheriff, Chad Bianco’s statement is much different than the story told by Vem Miller, the man they are accusing of being the next failed Trump Assassin. Riverside County Sheriff is claiming they caught the next Trump Assassin using their keen police skills… but Vem Miller says the bodycam footage will show that Miller actually told the police officer that he had the guns locked in his trunk.
If he did actually have fake passports, fake driver’s licenses, fake VIP credentials, and a fake license plate, like Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco claimed, why wasn’t Miller charged with those offenses? Something about this smells very fishy!

SOMEBODY is not telling the truth, and after listening to the response by Vem Miller, it seems to me that the Riverside County police are the ones lying about what actually happened. If the police’s story is a lie, the bodycam footage may disappear somehow, but we definitely want to see the bodycam footage, if and when that becomes available.
Here is the notice they gave Vem Miller. I have redacted personal details. They do not cite him for any fake documentation/passports/license plates.
He signed, "Under Duress."
As I said in our article @TheNatPulse, I know Vem personally and believe this to be a policing error. https://t.co/AUFDAjNdTw pic.twitter.com/m94Zngn7Vv

Armed Coachella Rally-Goer Vem Miller is Pro-Trump, Independent Reporter, NOT Would-Be Assassin.
A man arrested near a rally for Republican presidential candidate and former President Donald Trump on Saturday has denied allegations of planning an assassination attempt.Vem Miller, 49, who is personally known to The National Pulse, and has interviewed The National Pulse’s Editor in Chief, Raheem Kassam, asserted in a lengthy video statement that he is a dedicated Trump supporter who has never fired a gun.
Miller, a registered Republican who has supported Trump since 2018 and attended numerous pro-Trump and pro-MAGA events, was detained on weapons charges in the vicinity of Trump’s rally in Coachella Valley. He was later released on $5,000 bail. The Riverside County Sheriff’s office alleged Miller was in possession of firearms at the event.
Miller – a long-standing independent news reporter – maintains he carries guns due to past death threats related to his work with the America Happens Network, a media outlet he established to challenge “censorship.”Miller recently released a documentary about the Bundy ranch and reports about the still unresolved Las Vegas mass shooting.
“I have always transported my firearms in my truck for my safety,” Miller explained, also pointing to his work as a local Trump Caucus Captain. He said the firearms had never been used.
Miller runs a media platform called America Happens, which has also featured work from anti-Big Pharma activists and doctors, as well as having previously met President Trump and members of the Trump family.
Alongside weapons-related accusations, Miller refuted claims that he possessed counterfeit identification documents. He clarified that variations in his documentation were attributed to his Armenian heritage. Miller criticized Sheriff Chad Bianco for labeling him as part of the “sovereign citizens” movement, dismissing these assertions as “nonsensical.”
Both the Secret Service and the FBI have not pursued federal charges against Miller, and they do not consider him a threat in terms of an assassination plot. Despite the serious allegations, Miller expressed frustration over being associated with unspecified anti-government groups, challenging authorities to identify them.
