Is Communist-Run New York Now Hiring Incompetent Illegals As Fire Truck Drivers?

FDNY Tower Ladder 149 seemed to be driving very carelessly as it collided with a commercial van and then an Access-A-Ride van, and a Lexus SUV. One person (78-year-old passenger Placido D’Andrea) was killed, and 11 others were injured, including five FDNY firefighters. Is this just another democrat-enabled foreigner, who shouldn’t be driving, being allowed to kill Americans on the roads?

They haven’t released any information about why this happened, or who was driving, but I have my suspicions that the person who crashed the FDNY fire truck was not an English-speaking American.
